Westchester County at a glance
- County seat: White Plains
- OPWDD region: Region 3: Capital District, Taconic and Hudson Valley
- OPWDD regional office: Hudson Valley
- Spectrum Arch service: Contact us to discuss
Can Spectrum Arch serve families in Westchester County?
Possibly. OPWDD authorizes Support Brokers statewide, so we are not limited to the Capital Region. But OPWDD requires the broker and the family to meet in person unless a virtual meeting has been pre-approved and documented in the person's Life Plan, and some of the work goes better face to face.
Westchester County is outside our primary service area around Clifton Park. If you're looking for a Support Broker here, contact us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can serve your family well, including how in-person meetings would work, and if we can't, we'll help you think about how to find a broker closer to home.
